Giro Aether MIPS Cycling Helmet

Engineered in Giro's helmet test lab, the Aether MIPS, Synthe MIPS, Cinder MIPS, Syntax MIPS, and Agilis MIPS helmets offer comprehensive performance and protection. These helmets feature Spherical Technology and MIPS Protection System, a ball-and-socket design that redirects impact forces without compromising comfort, ventilation, weight, or style. The market-leading protection system is designed to address rotational motion, providing an added measure of protection in certain impacts.

The helmets utilize Progressive Layering, a dual-density EPS foam liner that is engineered to address high and low-speed impacts for more comprehensive energy management. Unparalleled Airflow is achieved through 21 to 32 Wind Tunnel vents and internal channeling, allowing air to flow through the helmet and enhance cooling power.

Constructed with Lightweight and Durable in-mold technology, the polycarbonate outer shell is permanently fused to the interior liner, eliminating excess weight. The Aether MIPS and Synthe MIPS feature an AURA Reinforcing Arch and Nanobead EPS foam, while the Cinder MIPS, Syntax MIPS, and Agilis MIPS incorporate a Thermoformed SL Roll Cage reinforcement.

The Fit Systems range from the Roc Loc 5+ Air to the Roc Loc 5.5 MIPS, providing a secure and comfortable fit. Ventilation is optimized through 21 to 32 Wind Tunnel vents with internal channeling, ensuring excellent air flow and cooling.

The helmets are available in a variety of sizes, from Small (20"–21.75" / 51–55cm) to Large (23.25"–24.75" / 59–63cm), with the Agilis MIPS also offering an XL size (24"–25.55" / 61–65cm) in select colors.
