Proper Helmet Fit: Ensure your helmet fits comfortably on your head with some slight movement between your head and the helmet. Adjust the system to create a slight tension around your head without any discomfort.

Replacing Helmets: Replace your helmet when it can no longer effectively reduce the risk of injury in the event of an impact. Signs that your helmet needs replacing include cracks, dents, compressed foam, frayed straps, and broken buckles.

Helmet Care: Rinse the exterior and interior of your helmet with cool water and allow it to air dry away from direct sunlight. Regularly rinse the helmet straps to remove salt and sweat buildup, ensuring proper operation and adjustment. Inspect your helmet regularly for any damage.
